Derek managed to book in the repair before Chrismas and Steven the repairer replaced the motor and got the unit going within a short time. He told us our controller was a heap of Chinese junk and that our best route was a new system. We decided we wanted a second opinion so went back the the people that used to handle the Jarrahdale unit with have. I am so glad we did.
