Derek managed to book in the repair before Chrismas and Steven the repairer replaced the motor and got the unit going within a short time. Mixed experience: wonderful and polite customer service prior and after the installation, but the installers were among the untidiest I have seen in 10 years. Installers had to be called... read more back to clean up and properly finish the job, which they did. Tradies in&out at lighting speed. I had to clear myself the roof cavity, where all the wrappings and cuttings from the installation of the unit were simply tossed or forgot....
