The only downside to the whole process was the non-collection, and over filling of the skip bin placed out the front for almost two months, (through no fault of the company themselves, but the contractors) but again was sorted by superwoman Holly.

Derek managed to book in the repair before Chrismas and Steven the repairer replaced the motor and got the unit going within a short time.
