The installation was quick, and painless. The system has been flawless, and saving our little family through these hotter months. The only downside to the whole process was the non-collection, and over filling of the skip bin placed out the front for almost two months, (through no fault of the company themselves, but the contractors) but again was sorted by superwoman Holly.

We have a convector,heats the house easily,and the door swallows big chunks of wood easily,so we can burn those knobbly bits that others can't [potbellies]

My old Jarrahdale Air Conditioner died in the pre Chrismas heat wave after 18 years so I contacted Jarradale Heeating & Cooling for advice to see if it was worth... read more fixing or to replace it. Derek from the service centre advised my on all options in repairing and replacing the unit, and as such I took a chance on the repair option. Derek managed to book in the repair before Chrismas and Steven the repairer replaced the motor and got the unit going within a short time. It is rare to find an organization who is so effective, courteous and professional these days. Mixed experience: wonderful and polite customer service prior and after the installation, but the installers were among the untidiest I have seen in 10 years. Installers had to be called... read more back to clean up and properly finish the job, which they did. Tradies in&out at lighting speed. I had to clear myself the roof cavity, where all the wrappings and cuttings from the installation of the unit were simply tossed or forgot....
