I had my evaporative air conditioner replaced by Jarrahdale Heating & Cooling just over 4 years ago. I selected them because the product they proposed appeared superior compared to alternatives,... read more and I needed it to last. The quoting process was straightforward and efficient, with no pushy sales tactics. Fast-forward 4 years, the air conditioning has been doing its job. I had some minor issues that are common with evaporative air conditioners, and each time they were easy to reach, attended to it very promptly and resolved it completely. It is difficult to find companies who provide responsive service and care about their customers, especially after the sale, but with Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling you can feel comfortable that you are looked after well.

Our control panel was blank and nothing working so we took a local facebook groups recommendation on of a local guy. What a mistake! He was arrogant, cocky... read more and in fact quite rude. He told us our controller was a heap of Chinese junk and that our best route was a new system. We decided we wanted a second opinion so went back the the people that used to handle the Jarrahdale unit with have. I am so glad we did. They replaced the controller and pads and its now going better than ever for a third of the price we might have paid. Both Steve and Derek are excellent. They were happy to take the time to discuss options whys and wherefores. They didn't tramp across our roof from the front like the other guy did and I'm sure they could have charged for more time than they did. Very happy.
