Our control panel was blank and nothing working so we took a local facebook groups recommendation on of a local guy. What a mistake! He was arrogant, cocky... read more and in fact quite rude. He told us our controller was a heap of Chinese junk and that our best route was a new system. We decided we wanted a second opinion so went back the the people that used to handle the Jarrahdale unit with have. I am so glad we did. They replaced the controller and pads and its now going better than ever for a third of the price we might have paid. Both Steve and Derek are excellent. They were happy to take the time to discuss options whys and wherefores. They didn't tramp across our roof from the front like the other guy did and I'm sure they could have charged for more time than they did. Very happy.

The team at JHC Maddington were very helpful and recommended a great product. They were very accommodating when things didn't quite go to plan and helped navigate through it.

Derek managed to book in the repair before Chrismas and Steven the repairer replaced the motor and got the unit going within a short time. The installation was quick, and painless. The system has been flawless, and saving our little family through these hotter months. The only downside to the whole process was the non-collection, and over filling of the skip bin placed out the front for almost two months, (through no fault of the company themselves, but the contractors) but again was sorted by superwoman Holly.

So far dealing with Rowan has been a pleasure, this unit was quoted on Monday and will be installed Thursday Next week. Great service all round.
